RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 28 September 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 52,470 Ordinary Shares at 320.82p per share (representing 0.20% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 52,470 Ordinary Shares is due on 3 October 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 52,470 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,601,135. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,701,745 Ordinary 25p Shares.
