RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 1 March 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 18,015 Ordinary Shares at 347.98p per share (representing 0.07% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 18,015 Ordinary Shares is due on 6 March 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 18,015 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,394,988. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,907,892 Ordinary 25p Shares.
