RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 12 April 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 366.25p per share (representing 0.29% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 17 April 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 75,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,495,624. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,807,256 Ordinary 25p Shares.
