RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 19 April 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 108,700 Ordinary Shares at 360.28p per share (representing 0.42% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 108,700 Ordinary Shares is due on 24 April 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 108,700 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,604,324. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,698,556 Ordinary 25p Shares.
