Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that on 7 July 2016 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 39,657 Ordinary Shares at 647.73p per share (representing 0.15% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 39,657 Ordinary Shares is due on 11 July 2016.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 39,657 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,383,453. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,919,427 Ordinary 25p Shares.
