Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the Asset and Wealth Management industry, announces that it was notified yesterday that Euan Fraser sold that day 678,040 ordinary shares of 0.075p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 218 pence per Ordinary Share.  

Following the sale, Euan Fraser's interest in the Company has decreased to 1,356,081 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
