Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the Asset and Wealth Management industry, announces that it was notified today that John Paton and his immediate family purchased on 11 October, via scheduled dividend reinvestment, 639 ordinary shares of 0.075p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 211 pence per Ordinary Share.  

Following the purchase, John Paton and his immediate family's interest in the Company has increased to 68,889 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.068% of the Company's issued share capital.
