Notice of Full Year Results
for the year ending 31 March 2020
Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the Asset and Wealth Management industry, is pleased to announce that it intends to issue its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2020 on Wednesday 24 June 2020.
This is in-line with the Company's previously announced slightly extended timetable, to accommodate COVID-related remote working for both Alpha and its auditors, following guidance from both the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Reporting Authority.
A results presentation from Alpha will take place at 9.30 a.m. on the day by conference call. Those investment analysts wishing to attend should email alpha@templebaradvisory.com .
A copy of the presentation slides will be available on the company website for those unable to attend. The full year results will be available at http://investors.alphafmc.com/reports-and-presentations on the day.
