Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market that, a s at 31 August 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 120,507,336 ordinary shares of 0.075p each ("Ordinary Shares "). 6,546,656 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. No Ordinary Shares are currently held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 August 2022 i s therefore 113,960,680 .
The above figure of 113,960,680 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
