Board Appointment
Alpha FX Group plc (AIM: AFX), a provider of FX risk management and alternative banking solutions to corporates and institutions internationally, is pleased to announce that its Chief Risk Officer, Tim Butters, will today be formally appointed to the Board.
Tim joined Alpha from WorldFirst in 2019 with over fifteen years' experience in risk management, including as Head of Risk at World First, the global payments provider, and Mako Trading, a leading derivatives market maker. Since joining Alpha, Tim has been instrumental in defining and building out our Risk Management framework, as well as growing and leading a team that is driving a robust risk culture throughout the business.
Commenting on the appointment, Morgan Tillbrook CEO of Alpha FX said:
