ALPHA PYRENEES TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA PYRENEES TRUST" OR THE "TRUST")

Purchase of shares

The Trust announces that its Investment Manager, Alpha Real Capital LLP ("ARC"), purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share on 29 April 2013. This transaction represents 0.9% of the issued share capital.

This transaction was executed under the terms of an irrevocable, non-discretionary trading plan, which ARC entered into with Numis Securities on 19 April 2013.

Following the purchase ARC will own 8,400,000 ordinary shares.
