ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ('ALPHA TIGER' OR THE 'COMPANY')

ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS POSTED

Further to the Company's notification of full year results on 25 March 2008, the
Directors of Alpha Tiger confirm that the annual report and financial statements
of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2007 will be posted to
shareholders today.

A Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is to be held on
Wednesday 23 May 2008 at 2.30pm, and a Form of Proxy for use at the meeting are
enclosed with the annual report.
