Appointment of Administrator and Company Secretary

The Company advises that with effect from 7 August 2010, its Administrator and Company Secretary will change from International Administration (Guernsey) Limited to Morgan Sharpe Administration Limited ("Morgan Sharpe").

Serena Tremlett, a non-executive Director of the Company, is Managing Director and a major shareholder of Morgan Sharpe.
