Correction re Total Voting Rights

The total voting rights disclosure released on 29 October 2018 at 11:15 (RNS number 5402F) included an administrative error. The correct total voting rights disclosure is as follows:

The ordinary share capital of the Company following the tender offer will be 69,285,942 (including 6,908,957 shares held in treasury). The total voting rights in Alpha Real Trust following the purchase of the Ordinary Shares will be 66,902,342 (this figure includes class A shares).

The figure of 66,902,342 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
