ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")

HOLDING IN COMPANY

Alpha Real Trust announces that its investment manager, Alpha Real Capital LLP ("ARC"), has purchased 375,000 shares in the Company from another member of the ARC Concert Party. ARC now holds 22,550,000 shares representing 45.1% of the Company's voting rights (up from 44.4%) in the Company.

ARC and ARC partners (who are deemed to be acting in concert with it) continue to hold 26,880,301 shares (53.8% of the Company's voting rights) as disclosed in the 30 September 2012 half year report.
