ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA TIGER" OR THE "COMPANY")

result of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of Alpha Tiger held on 3 August 2012, the proposed resolutions were all duly approved by the shareholders.

As such, it is expected that trading in the Company's ordinary shares will shortly commence under the new name, Alpha Real Trust Limited. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. The Company's ticker code will change from "ATPT" to "ARTL".

In addition, the Company's website will shortly change from www.alphatigerpropertytrust.com to www.alpharealtrust.com.
