DIRECTOR/PDMR/CONNECTED PERSONS DEALING

Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company") has been advised of a change in the interests of the following Connected Person in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.  

Tim Gardner, the Managing Director and controlling shareholder of Hindsight Solutions Ltd, as Investment Advisor to the Company; has purchased a further 60,116 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of US $3.5 cents on the 2 September 2022.

Following the above transaction, Tim Gardner has an interest in 349,116 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights.
