ALTERNATIVE LIQUIDITY FUND LIMITED

The Company has reissued 75,362 Treasury Shares as Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 for a total consideration of US$62,867

Following this issue, the total number of ordinary shares will be 146,056,635 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 146,056,635.

There are no shares currently held in Treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
