PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 22 January 2016, it purchased for treasury 715,000 ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each at a price of USD 0.1425 per share.

This represents 0.49% percent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 145,006,956 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 1,020,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury is therefore 143,986,956, which is also the total number of voting rights in the Company and the figure that should be used by shareholders as the denominator in their calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
