AGM Statement

The Company is holding its AGM later today. Chairman, Colin Cooke, will make the
following statement:


'As part of the preliminary announcement in March, I explained that we had put
in place a revised business structure for your Group and I would like to take
this opportunity to update you further on the progress we are making.


'I announced that we organised the Group into two clear business segments in
order to better explore opportunities to improve performance and manage any
potential channel conflict. This new structure is now in place and is helping
management focus clearly on the opportunities in each division that show the
greatest potential.


'Your Group has come a long way since floating in November 2005. Whilst we
continue  to tackle the few remaining challenges within the Promotional Products
Division, our acquisitions are growing ahead of expectations and similarly we
remain confident that our Information & Exhibitions Division will continue to
progress ahead of plan.


'In addition, we have a number of acquisition opportunities at different stages
of negotiation and are confident that we can acquire them on terms that will be
favourable.


'None of these achievements could have been made without the tremendous
dedication of our team and the help of our loyal suppliers. I am sure we do not
thank any of them sufficiently during the busy days serving our customers, so I
would like to do so now.


'Overall I am pleased with progress and look forward to delivering improved
results over the rest of the year.'
