Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that it was notified yesterday that Nichole Stella, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased an aggregate of 17,500 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company was separately notified yesterday that Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, had purchased an aggregate of 61,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 33.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Nichole Stella will be interested in 822,941 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.16% of the Company's issued share capital, and Martin Varley will be interested in 11,173,777 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 15.81% of the Company's issued share capital.
