HAMBLEDON MINING PLC
Admission to trading of Placing Shares
Further to this morning's announcement that the Company has raised approximately
£4 million by way of a placing of 22,967,606 new shares, the Company would like
to confirm that this was completed at 17.75p per share and that application has
been made for the admission of the new shares to trading on AIM with dealings
expected to commence on 23 November 2007.
