Further to the announcement of the result of the Company's General Meeting on 13 January 2014, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of name to GoldBridges Global Resources plc will become effective and trading of the Company's shares on AIM under this name (with the new 'ticker' GBGR), will commence at 8.00 a.m. today.

The Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B015PT76.

In line with the name change, the Company's website address, which includes information required by AIM Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, has been changed to www.goldbridgesplc.com
