Director Shareholding
Hambledon was advised on 1 April 2005 that Salix Limited, a company which is
wholly owned by Nicholas Bridgen, the Chief Executive of Hambledon, had
transferred its entire holding of 89,859,997 ordinary shares in the Company to
Nicholas Bridgen on 1 April 2005 at a deemed price of 8.75p per share.
Accordingly, Nicholas Bridgen's interest in the ordinary share capital of
Hambledon remains unchanged at 89,859,997 ordinary shares, representing 34.26
per cent. of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
