                                Grant of Options


On 14 June 2007, options to subscribe for 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company were granted to Baurzhan Yerkeyev, a director of the Company, pursuant
to the Company's Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at 17.75p each
and can be exercised between 2 and 4 years from the date of grant.

In addition, on the same date and on the same terms, a total of 400,000 options
to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company were granted to employees of the
Company.
