The Company received notification on 20 April 2007 that on 18 April 2007 JP
Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited disposed of ordinary shares of one pence
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited
holds Ordinary Shares, and thus voting rights, in the Company as investment
manager and thus, pursuant to rule 5.1.5 of the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, as its interest in voting rights in the Company has now
fallen below 5%, it no longer has a notifiable shareholding in the Company.
