The Company has been informed that, following the disposal of shares, Aviva plc
and its subsidiaries now hold a total of 16,345,629 ordinary shares which
represent approximately 3.65 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the
Company.

Of the total shareholdings notified: 3,341,313 ordinary shares are held in the
name of BNY Norwich Union Nominees Limited; 9,166,746 ordinary shares are held
in the name of Chase GA Group Nominees Limited; 748,000 are held in the name of
Chase Nominees Limited; 3,089,570 ordinary shares are held in the name of CUIM
Nominee Limited.
