The Company was advised on 8 April 2005 that Gartmore Investment Management plc
has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at 8.75p per
share. Gartmore Investment Management plc is now interested in 36,372,560
shares, which represents 13.87 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.

36,372,560 ordinary shares are held in funds operated and managed by Gartmore
Investment Management plc and the shares are registered or are to be registered
in the name as indicated below.
