Hambledon was advised on 3 November 2005 that RAB Capital plc sold 550,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 21 September 2005.

Following the above acquisition, RAB Capital has decreased its holding to 2.84
per cent. of the issued share capital and therefore no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
