Hambledon Mining Plc ('the Company')
Holding in Company
The Company announces that it was today informed that on 2 March 2006 Gartmore
Investment Limited ('GIL'), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ('GFM') and Gartmore
Global Partners ('GGP') decreased their holding in the Company by the disposal
of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and
a subsequent issued share capital adjustment. Following this, GIL, GFM and GGP
are now interested in 38,964,318 Ordinary Shares, which represents 10.64 per
cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
The 38,964,318 Ordinary Shares, which are held for investment purposes only for
clients and client funds, are registered in the names indicated below.
