Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to its Annual Results Announcement of 9 September 2010, the Alumasc Group plc (ALU.L), the premium building and engineering products group, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report for the year to 30 June 2010 and the Notice of Meeting for the 2010 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM').

The AGM will be held at Founder's Hall, No. 1 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7HT on Thursday 28 October 2010 at 10.30 am.

Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.  They will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (tel: [phone]).
