2021 Annual Financial Report Publication Update

Amala Foods Plc (LON: DISH), a food technology company, announces that the publication of the 2021 Annual Financial Report will be delayed for a brief period whilst the Company auditors conclude the audit process.

Despite the delay being a minor administrative issue, the Directors, in accordance with the Listing Rules have voluntarily requested to suspend the listing of the shares until the publication of the Annual Financial Report.  

The Directors look forward to updating the market in the near future and upon the Annual Financial Report being published the Company will make application for the listing to be restored.
