DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Company announces that Christopher Macdonald will be stepping down as a director of the Company on 31^st December 2016.

Julian Avery, chairman, said, "Chris was one of the founding directors of Invesco Perpetual AiM VCT in 2004 and over the last 12 years he has brought his extensive market knowledge and sharp analytical mind to bear on the Company's affairs to great positive effect. He has made a tremendous contribution to our board discussions and been a much valued colleague."
