Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.75p per share.  The ex-dividend date is 2 October 2013 with an associated record date of 4 October 2013.  The dividend will be paid on 25 October 2013.   

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment scheme is 10 October 2013.
