Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.75p per share.  The ex-dividend date is 8 October 2015 with an associated record date of 9 October 2015.  The dividend will be paid on 13 November 2015.   

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment scheme is 28 October 2015.
