Dividend Declaration

The Directors of the Company have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 4.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2022. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 16 June 2022, the dividend will be paid on 22 July 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 June 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 16 June 2022.

When added to the interim dividend of 4.5p per share, this will make total dividends for the year 9.0p per share.
