Amati VCT and Amati VCT 2 Announcement of Intention to Launch a Top Up Offer in February 2014

The Directors of Amati VCT and Amati VCT 2 ("the Companies") intend to launch a top up offer in February 2014 ("the Offer"). The funds raised by the Companies pursuant to this Offer will be added to the liquid resources available for investment so as to put the Companies into a position to take advantage of attractive investment opportunities over the next two to three years.
