 Allotment of shares

 

The Company announces that on 23 July 2021 it allotted 702,245 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 208.03p per share to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

 

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 29 July 2021. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

 

The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website www.amatiglobal.com/fund/amati-aim-vct/dividend-reinvestment .

 

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 118,913,225.
