Amati VCT 2 plc (the 'Company')

 Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 7 November 2014 it allotted 42,588 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 110.01p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 13 November 2014. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 28,596,657.
