Offer for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

Amati VCT 2 plc announces that, together with Amati VCT plc, it has today published a joint supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary Prospectus") with regard to the joint prospectus for Amati VCT plc and Amati VCT 2 plc dated 6 February 2013.

The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a consequence of Amati VCT 2 plc having published its report and accounts for the period ending 31 January 2013 on 1 May 2013.
