Amati VCT 2 plc Amati VCTs Joint Top Up Offer 2014/15 and 2015/16 Due to the recent demand for the Amati VCT's joint top up offer the Board has considered how much capacity can be made available under this offer.  Because it has been open for more than 12 months, it has become possible to extend the amount raised from £7million to £9.5 million and still meet the requirements applicable to a non-Prospectus share issue.  Under these rules, the majority of this capacity will become available only after 5 April.  The capacity still available for the current tax year is £640,000 for Amati VCT 2 and £190,000 for Amati VCT.
