This announcement replaces the announcement made on 19 October 2012 at 3.43pm for the transaction in own shares.  The number of shares purchased and subsequent number of ordinary shares in issue were incorrect.

PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 19 October 2012 it purchased 2,927 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 90.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,521,481 ordinary shares in issue.
