This announcement replaces the announcement made on 28 November 2011 at 4.58pm for the transaction in own shares.  The number of shares purchased and subsequent number of ordinary shares in issue were incorrectly stated.

PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 25 November 2011 it purchased 798,607 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 97.19p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there were 27,316,320 ordinary shares in issue.
