PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 3 November 2017 it purchased 14,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 150.0p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 34,257,306 ordinary shares in issue.
