PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 12 September 2018 it purchased 33,663 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 162.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 84,371,352 ordinary shares in issue.
