PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 18 November 2011 it purchased 802,813 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 99.33p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,224,361 ordinary shares in issue.
