PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 12 December 2011 it purchased 11,768 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 83.75p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 28,006,581 ordinary shares in issue.
