PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 20 January 2012 it purchased 62,514 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 85.0p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,717,600 ordinary shares in issue.
