PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 31 January 2012 it purchased 73,932 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 87.75p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,643,668 ordinary shares in issue.
