PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 18 March 2016 it purchased 57,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 103p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 31,043,286 ordinary shares in issue.
